Vitamins make possible a wide array of processes that help the body to function properly.Researchers recommend to get vitamins from food rather than pills,because food contains other substances that make the vitamins work better.
The sixth key is minerals,only small amounts is needed for the body.Minerals are crucial for things like your bones,heartbeat.A healthy,balanced diet should provide all the minerals you need.Zinc is one mineral that is important for several things such as metabolic function,digestion,wound healing and taste.
So there you have the six key nutrients to a healthy diet,all it takes is a little know-how about eating the right foods in the right quantitys and at the right time.
